Facility
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office, as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Location
We are located in North Raleigh in the Greystone Village Office Park. Our address is 901-A Paverstoen Drive, Raleigh, 27615. Our office is positioned across from the Sawmill Tap Room and are conviently located near I-40 and I-540 and. You may find a map to our office by clicking on the "contact us" heading above.
Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. For your convenience we offer early morning appointments as well as evening hours. Our current patient care hours are:
Monday 11:50am to 6:30pm
Tuesday-Thursday 7:10am to 3:30pm
Friday 7:10am to 1pm (please note, we are open various Fridays thoughout the month, please call the office for specific dates).
Our office will personally answer your telephone calls when received between 7am and 9pm Monday-Friday for any emergency you may have or to schedule an appointment for you, we welcome your calls and try to accomidate the needs of our patients!
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, debit cards, and major credit cards. For any treatment over $1,000, we offer a courtesy savings of 5% when all fees are paid at the beginning of treatment with cash or check. We also offer financing through Care Credit. This is a great way to make extensive dental treatment needs affordable through interest free plans as well as low monthly payments with 14.90% interest and plans ranging from 24-60 months.
Cancellations
Our appointments are scheduled to respect your time. We reserve a specific time for your care and we make every effort to see you at the appointed time. We appreciate your promptness and consideration in not changing your scheduled time. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. We reserve a right to collect a deposit before scheduling your dental treatment.
